Punch Presses:

From 12 to 45 tons for stamping and forming for higher quantity production runs.

Iron Workers:

For lower quantity production without the cost of tooling we have 

Piranha and Scotchmen Iron Workers with up to 90 ton capacity.

We can shear, stamp and brake to your specifications to form brackets and parts from 16 gauge up to ½” thick stock by 24” wide.

Cutting Equipment:

Manual Cold saws

Semi Automatice Cold Saw 

24” Verticle Band Saws

High Speed Aluminum Saw.

We cut to size: flat, round, square and solid stock to your specifications.

Metal Polishing, with six 10 horsepower lathes.

Straight line polishing: up to 20 foot length of round tube in one continuous piece.

Flat line graining: up to 20 foot lengths Square and rectangular tubing and flat bar up to 20” width.

Drill presses:  Multiple drill presses including a five headed drill table for sequential Drilling, tapping and counter sinking.

Welding: GMAW Welding (MIG/ TIG welding)

Telescoping Swedging: 3/8” to 1 ½” round tubing.
