We are a family business, established in 1948 by our founder Nathan Meyer Lichtbach. He immigrated to Untied States when he was ten years old before WWll. When the United States joined in the war effort he proudly joined the Army Air Core, now known as the U.S. Air Force. He was a patriotic American and loved this great country for the opportunity and life it gave him and his family. Before his funeral he insisted his sons make sure their mother received the United States flag from the military.

At twenty four Nathan set off to make his dream of owning his own business come true, in a 1,500 square foot building. At first he did custom chrome plating, then expanded his business with tube bending machinery. His Wife Elsie delivered the parts to the there commercial accounts in a station wagon which occasionally pulled a small trailer. As there family grew raising five children became her full time and half job.

Nate as his friends and customers called him had a passion for machinery and what he could create with it. His son David inherited this talent and has saved Olympics customers substantial start up cost by figuring how to produce a product for less and keep its integrity. His son Eric inherited his artistic abilities and has designed a wide variety of products, which with David’s engineering abilities has earned them numerous patents.
